Terms of sale

Effective from 9 October 2026. This is a translation; if the versions differ, the Lithuanian text prevails.

1. Seller

Goods are sold by Vardas Pavardė, individuali veikla, code 000000000, Gatvė 1, Vilnius, email pagalba@accountai.lt (the “Seller”). Website: Accountai.lt.

2. Goods

  1. We sell digital goods: game accounts and in-game currency (server money, Robux).
  2. Each product page states what the buyer gets, what is not included, how to use the item and the warranty.
  3. Some games or servers restrict transferring accounts or currency. We warn about this on the product page. By buying, the buyer confirms they have read the warning.
  4. Game names belong to their owners. The Seller is not affiliated with any game developer or platform.

3. Orders and payment

  1. Prices are in euros and include all taxes.
  2. You can pay by bank link, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (provided by Montonio) or with crypto – BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, LTC, TON, TRX, BNB, XRP, DOGE and 300+ other cryptocurrencies (provided by NOWPayments). The Seller never sees card details.
  3. The contract is formed once the Seller receives payment. Unpaid orders close after 24 hours.

4. Delivery

  1. Items are delivered to the email the buyer entered at checkout and shown on the order page.
  2. Items in stock are delivered right after payment.
  3. Other items are delivered within 1 minute to 12 hours after payment. If an item isn't delivered within 12 hours, the buyer may cancel the order and gets a full refund.
  4. The buyer is responsible for entering the correct email and any extra details (e.g. a Minecraft nickname).

5. Right of withdrawal

The goods are digital content delivered immediately. Before paying, the buyer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges that they lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the item is delivered. This does not limit the warranty or the right to an item that matches its description.

6. Warranty and refunds

7. Liability

  1. The Seller is not liable for decisions by game platforms or servers caused by the buyer's actions after the item is handed over.
  2. The buyer must change the password and email of a received account right away, following the instructions.

8. Disputes

Send complaints to pagalba@accountai.lt. We reply within 14 days. If a dispute isn't resolved, you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt) or use the EU ODR platform. Lithuanian law applies.
